Manufacturer’s Warranty
Congratulations on your purchase from B3C Fuel Solutions, LLC. We appreciate your trust in our products and we want you to remain a satisfied customer for life. As such, B3C Products come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (B3C’s Manufacturer’s Warranty).
Our Manufacturer’s Warranty or Guarantee, and your sole and exclusive remedy, is replacement of the B3C Product purchased, or a refund of your B3C Product purchase price (as stated on a valid, submitted product purchase receipt*), not including sales tax and shipping and handling charges.
Our Guarantee is limited to, and does not cover or include, anything above and beyond the actual B3C Product you have purchased. Our Guarantee does not cover B3C Product use deemed to have been misused, carelessly handled, or utilized improperly or not in accordance with the B3C Product label instructions. Our Guarantee does not cover or include liability for any economic loss or damages whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary and B3C’s Warranty does not apply to commercial uses of any of the B3C Products.
TO START THE WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
Please contact B3C Fuel Solutions by emailing admin@b3cfuel.com to outline your Warranty claim. Please put in the subject line, “B3C Warranty Claim”
Acceptance of any Warranty claim is subject to review and approval by B3C Fuel Solutions, LLC.
*Each claim, if approved, must include the original, or copy of the original purchase receipt in order to receive replacement product or refund of purchase price.
Each consumer is limited to one refund per household.
Warranty claims may only be made for B3C Product purchased within 6 months of the date of the product purchase receipt. Receipts showing a purchase date of more than 6 months will be considered invalid.
